| Performance Features： | 1．Improve water resistance and surface strength of paper or board, and reduce picking and linting of paper. 2．Improve the printability of paper. 3．Has low viscosity, be handled easily, and can rapidly adjust sizing resistance. 4．Reduce the dosage of internal sizing agent. 5. Improve the ring crush strength of corrugated base paper obviously. |
| Scope of Application： | 1．It is applicable to the surface sizing on the paper or paper board. 2．It is effective for both acid base paper and neutral base paper; it is not sensitive to aluminum ion. |
| Application Methods： | 1．AS has good carrier with anionic, non-ionic or weak-cationic starch. 2．It can be added into the storage tank for diluted gelatinized modified starch suspensions in batches, or be continuously added into the work tank or into the pipe for sizing. 3．The addition temperature for AS should not be higher than 70℃. Higher temperature will affect its performance. 4．When AS is used in board or corrugated base paper process, Al2(SO4)3 should be added in modified starch suspensions. The dosage of Al2(SO4)3 bases on the actual process. 5．The recommended dosage is 1-4kg per ton paper in fine paper process and under 1kg per ton paper in board paper process. |
| Packing Storage： | According to clients’ requirement, we will offer different packing of 50kg, 200kg or 1000kg. It should be stored at the shady, cool, dry and ventilated places, and especially should be prevented from freezing. |
