| Performance Features： | 1. It has very strong ink emulsification and dispersion capacity, and the finished papers will have high brightness and clean surfaces. 2. | Scope of Application： | 1. Especially applicable to the washing deinking of old newspapers (a small amount of old magazines can be included). 2. Washing deinking of culture and office paper. |
| Application Methods： | 1. Usage of deinking chemicals (to absolute dry waste paper materials): To old newspapers: WD-3 0.10~0.20%，NaOH 0.5~1.0%，Na2SiO3（38~40。Be） 1.0~2.5%，H2O2 appropriate amount; To culture paper: WD-3 0.10~0.5%，NaOH 1.0~5.0%，Na2SiO3（38~40。Be） 1.0~3.0%，H2O2 appropriate amount; 2. Deinking process: Firstly disperse deinking chemicals in the water homogeneously, and then add in waster paper materials. Pulping process: concentration 12~15%, temperature 55~60℃ (culture and office paper 70-95℃）, time 20～30min. The best deinking process and the using quantity of chemicals should be properly adjusted as per production conditions and quantity requirements. |
| Packing Storage： | The product will be packed in 50kg or 200kg plastic tanks, or specially packed as per clients’ requirements. |
