| Performance Features： | 1. Retention and filtration effects. PCF can increase the retention of fibers at the wire parts and auxiliary agent at other wet ends, accelerate the water filtration at the wire parts and the dewatering at the dry ends, improve the operational conditions of the papermaking machine, and reduce the production cost of paper. 2. Solve the problem of stickiness caused by waste paper materials. Through the absorption, dispersion and flocculation principles, PCF can effectively help to solve the problem of stickiness. 3. Increase the retention of starch, reduce the problems of exceeded COD in the waster water, and create favorable conditions to use starch as intercalation reinforcing agent. |
| Scope of Application： | 1. Within the pH scope between acidity and alkalescence, the tiny fibers and fillers will be left during the production of paper and cardboard, e.g. printing paper, writing paper, coating base paper and special paper, etc. 2. Within the pH scope between acidity and alkalescence, accelerate the water filtration during the production of paper and cardboard. 3. Be used in the multipleunit retention system together with other materials. 4. Treatment of white water and recovery of fibers. |
| Application Methods： | After making the auxiliary agent with clear water to the solution with the concentration of about 1%, add it into the paper materials near the stock discharge box. The added quantity is 0.01% ~ 0.04% (to absoltue dry pulp). |
| Packing Storage： | It is packed in 25kg or 50kg paper tanks, or specially packed as per the clients’ requirements. It should be stored at the shady, cool and dry places. |
