Retention » PCE 351L
| Main Ingredients: | polyacrylamide |
|---|---|
| Physical Chemical Properties: | Appearance:white emulsion Ion:weak-cation Solid Content:≥40% pH Value:3.0-5.0(0.5% solution) Density:1.00-1.20g/cm3(25℃) Viscosity:<3500mPa.s(23℃) |
| Performance Features: | 1.When it is used in forming and pressing, the retention and filtration effects will be produced simultaneously, which will not only improve the retention of tiny fibers and fillers, but will also promote the water filtration of paper materials. 2.It can be used in the treatment of white water and recovery of fibers. |
| Scope of Application: | 1.Within the pH scope between acidity and alkalescence, the tiny fibers and fillers will be left during the production of paper and cardboard, e.g. printing paper, writing paper, coating base paper and special paper, etc. 2.Within the pH scope between acidity and alkalescence, accelerate the water filtration during the production of paper and cardboard which takes waste paper as materials or contains mechanical wood pulp. 3.Form the dual retention system together with other cationic retention aid. 4.Treatment of white water and recovery of fibers. |
| Application Methods: | 1.After diluting it with water to the solution with the concentration of lower than 1%, add it into the paper materials near the stock discharge box. The usage is 0.01% ~ 0.06% (viz. 0.1 kg ~0.6kg/ton of paper). 2.When used to process white water, it can be added in directly without dilution. The added quantity is 0.5g~1.0g/m3 of white water. The best using quantity should be determined as per the actual production conditions. |
| Packing Storage: | It will be packed in 50dg, 200kg or 1000kg plastic tanks, or be packed as per clients’ requirements. It should be stored at dry, cool and shady places. |
