| Performance Features： | 1.High whiteness, little usage, is an ideal high temperature chromophore OBA for polyester; 2.Applied to pad dyeing thermal bonding process, high pressure and high temperature dip dyeing. 3．Good oxidation bleaching resistance, applied to oxidation whitening one bath for cotton/polyester blending fabric. |
| Scope of Application： | Mainly be used as whitening agent for polyester fabric and mixture fabric. Especially be applied to pad dyeing and high temperature dip dyeing. |
| Application Methods： | 1. Pad dyeing thermal bonding process OP usage: 0.5～4g/L Procedure: two dips and two squeezes (residual liquor content 70%) →pre drying (100℃) → baking (setting) (170～200℃，20～30sec.) 2. Dip dyeing OP usage: 0.1～0.4%(o.w.f) Bath ratio: 1: 10～30 pH：5～10（weak acid bath is the best） Procedure: 130℃×30~60min→ washing → drying → setting Clients need adjust the actual process by doing experiments. |
| Packing Storage： | Be packed by 25kg/plastic drum or as requested. Be stored under dry and shady condition, away from sunshine. It can be stored for 6 months. |
